We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Returns
We accept returns for store credit only.

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email with a store credit code to use toward a future purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and boutique policies, the following cannot be returned:

Sale or discounted items (final sale)

Bodysuits or intimates

Accessories (jewelry, hats, etc.)

Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or item, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.
Return Instructions

Email us at Support@ShopHoneyLabel.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

We’ll send you return instructions.

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive your store credit by email within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
